We use standard online tools to convert names into Arabic. We may contact you to confirm the spelling, however we are not required to do so. In case we get in touch, we would request you reply back within 24 hours. We are not able to hold on the order more than 24 hours therefore any delay replying would result in delay in sending the item out.
